Transit Operations Team Leader ($53,000-$55,000+)


We're #hiring for a Transit Operations Team Leader!

We're looking for a driven, reliable transit operations professional to join our growing transit system! The position is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, with Sunday, Monday & Tuesday off every week.

Our 4 Transit operations leadership team members play an integral role in creating a consistent, reliable experience for our riders.

The starting salary is $53,000+ ($55,000+ with a Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Coordinator stipend). We will consider a salary commensurate with experience for the right transit professional.

This is a full-time, benefitted position with 80/20 health insurance benefits, dental & vision insurance, membership in the MA municipal pension system, access to a 457(b) retirement plan, and life insurance, among other benefits.

On Demand Van Drivers ($21.75/hour)


On Demand Team Members can work up to 19 hours/week. They typically do not have a set schedule, but fill in for any P/T and F/T drivers' time off. Open shifts are regularly posted through our scheduling app. There are opportunities for advancement within the South County Connector - we prefer to promote from within.


We're looking for 3 new On Demand Van Drivers to join our team:


1) Generally available Sun, Mon, Tue

2) Generally available Mon, Tue, Wed

3) Generally available Wed, Thu, Fri
